We find no merit in the appellant's substantive points, and the conviction and sentence for first degree murder and the convictions of armed burglary and possession of a firearm in the commission of an offense are therefore affirmed. As the parties agree, the sentences imposed for the latter crimes are vacated for resentencing upon a properly calculated guidelines...
