This case arises out of the discharge of Ana Mojica Escobar from her position as a secretary to Manuel Ruiz Torres, the Director of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico's Office of the Disabled Person Investigating Official (ODPIO). The plaintiff alleges that her discharge violated the Federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634. Plaintiff also claims damages under 31 L.P...
