Glenn Williams was charged by bill of information with distribution of cocaine, a violation of La.R.S. 40:967(A)(1). He pled not guilty and, after trial by jury, was convicted as charged. The trial court sentenced defendant to serve a term of five years imprisonment at hard labor, with credit for time served. Defendant has appealed, urging four assignments of error.
