OPINION

WHITE, Judge.

This is a post-conviction application for a writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to Article 11.07, V.A.C.C.P.1 Applicant was convicted of an aggravated robbery found to have been committed October 7, 1985. His punishment was assessed at fifty years' imprisonment. This conviction was affirmed. Choice v. State, No. 06-86-039-CR (Tex.App.—Tyler, delivered March 24, 1987, petrefd.).
