Appellant James H. Young was injured in an automobile accident allegedly caused by an uninsured motorist. Young and his wife sued their insurer, appellee Shelter Insurance Co., alleging uninsured motorist coverage under their policy, and also sued the alleged tortfeasor and her parents.
