EICH, C.J.

The father of J.L.F. and J.D.F. two minor children, appeals from orders terminating his parental rights and denying his motion for post-trial relief. The issue is whether the trial court lacked subject matter jurisdiction because the initial hearing in the termination proceedings was not held within the time prescribed by statute. We conclude that the trial court lacked jurisdiction and reverse.
