Plaintiff Gary L. McCoy brought a personal injury action against his uncle, defendant Roland D. McCoy, for injuries he sustained while on a hayride. Plaintiff Carol J. McCoy brought an action for loss of consortium due to the injuries her husband sustained on this hayride.
