Martin II (claimant), filed an application for adjustment of claim pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act (Ill.Rev.Stat.1985, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.), alleging that he sustained injuries on July 20, 1985, as a result of his employment with Impact Industries, Inc. (employer). The arbitrator denied compensation, based on the finding that claimant failed to prove that his injuries...
