This matter comes before the court on the preliminary objections of the defendants to the complaint of the plaintiffs. This action arises out of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on December 8, 1980, in Washington County, Pennsylvania. In 1985, a settlement was reached between the plaintiffs and the defendant, State Farm Insurance Co., pursuant to the now repealed No-Fault Motor Vehicle Insurance Act, 40 P.S. §1009.101...
