The plaintiff instituted this action against Bank Leumi, Jeffrey Dube and Loeb & Troper, seeking damages arising out of Dube's embezzlement of more than $600,000 from accounts the plaintiff maintained at Bank Leumi and its predecessor, from 1975 to 1980.
