MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Grace Lutheran Church has filed an appeal from the decision of the McKean County Board of Assessment Appeals which denied an exemption under section 202 of the Fourth to Eighth Class County Assessment Law, 72 P.S. §5453-202(a)(1), for a 100-foot by 30-foot cinder block building and a 25-foot by 211-foot two-story wood building.
