Defendant Keith Norman Suddreth was found guilty of first-degree rape, second-degree burglary, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, first-degree sexual offense, and first-degree kidnapping. He was sentenced to two life prison sentences and a 14-year sentence, all to run consecutively. On appeal, defendant raises several issues which question rulings made during trial.
