These lawsuits arise out of an accident that occurred in April 1989 at a plant operated by LTV Steel Corp. Plaintiffs' complaints allege that plaintiffs were injured when a centrifugal blower exhauster, known as the no. 5 exhauster, malfunctioned, caught fire and exploded. Defendant I.M.O.
