In this action for declaratory and other relief, the individual plaintiffs, Yan Hen Moy, Tina Moy, and Winnie Wong Moy (collectively "plaintiffs"), are the lessees under a commercial lease covering the first floor and basement of a mixed-use building located at 28-½ Bowery in Chinatown. Plaintiff Noodletown, Inc., a Chinese restaurant owned by plaintiffs, occupies the space.
