On July 6, 1992, Dennis and Cheryl Cormier filed this Chapter 13 case. At the time, however, they were Chapter 13 debtors in another case pending before this court, Case No. 88-20306. The earlier-filed Chapter 13 proceeding was subsequently dismissed at the Cormiers' request. Lomas Mortgage USA, Inc. ("Lomas"), has moved to dismiss this case as a bad faith filing.
