Defendant, Richard Joseph Favere, seeks to suppress hashish seized by a wildlife conservation officer on June 22, 1991, pursuant to a search and seizure of a prescription vial conducted on state game lands. Defendant contends that the officer did not have probable cause to search the vial containing hashish.
