The petitioner, David Mark Emig, here appeals an order of the Commonwealth, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing suspending his driving privileges for one year pursuant to section 1547 of the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S. §1547, referred to generally as the "Implied Consent Law."
