The Mason and Dixon Lines, Inc., Central Transport, Inc., and Centra, Inc., brought this action against Paul Glover, William Carpenter, John Broderick, and John Johnson individually and in their capacity as trustees of the Chicago Truck Drivers, Helpers & Warehouse Workers Union (Independent) Pension Fund ("the Fund"). In Count I of their complaint, the plaintiffs claimed that the defendants breached an oral agreement to settle a lawsuit...
