Joseph C. Dickerson was indicted on December 19, 1990 for two counts of armed bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) and (d) and two counts of use of a firearm during a crime of violence in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c). Before trial, Dickerson moved to dismiss the indictment and to suppress evidence which had been seized from his home. The district court denied these motions.
