Appellant Tracey A. Hall was indicted on one count of possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of cocaine base (crack) in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a), 841(b)(1)(A)(iii) (1988). Claiming that her rights under the Fourth Amendment were violated because she did not "voluntarily" consent to the search that led to the discovery...
