Drapeau, an American Indian, appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court1 for the District of South Dakota upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of aggravated sexual abuse in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1153, 2241(a), and 2245(2)(A).
