This is a products liability and negligence action brought under Oklahoma law. Plaintiff-appellants alleged that Stanley O'Banion suffered from asbestos-related disease as a result of exposure to the defendant-appellees' asbestos-containing products.1 Plaintiff Stanley John O'Banion worked from 1962 through 1980 as a plumber and pipefitter.
