Defendants-appellants the Oklahoma Tax Commission and its individual members, Cindy Rambo, Robert Wadley and Don Kilpatrick, (collectively "the Tax Commission") appeal from an order entered by the district court following a remand by this court after our earlier opinion was affirmed in part and reversed in part by the Supreme Court.
