This is an appeal by the Housing Authority of New Orleans, HANO, from a judgment of the trial court dismissing its third party demand against Atlantic Richfield Company, The Sherwin-Williams Company, SCM Corporation, and NL Industries, Inc., hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the pigment producers.
