Carlos Velarde was convicted of possessing with intent to distribute cocaine in excess of five kilograms in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(A)(ii). He appealed his conviction, challenging the district court's denial of his motion to suppress, and we affirmed. United States v. Velarde, 903 F.2d 1163 (7th Cir.1990).
