The appellant Mareno M. Waloke challenges his assault convictions in a jury trial on various grounds: The evidence does not support the convictions, the district court improperly admitted certain evidence, and erroneously excluded other evidence, and the court failed to give a necessary jury instruction. He also contends that the district court erroneously applied the Sentencing Guidelines. We reject all of these contentions and affirm...
