Herbert F. Whyte appeals the district court's denial of his motion to compel "the plaintiffs to turn over monies obtained by plaintiffs in excess of the judgment awarded plaintiffs against the defendant herein." The district judge apparently denied the appellant's motion on the ground of lack of subject matter jurisdiction. We say "apparently," for the court's Minute Order denying the motion merely states, "Defendant Whyte's motion for turnover...
