Appellants Laszlo V. Gal, David W. Waite, and Jonathan A. Levi (hereafter "Gal") appeal the January 16, 1992 decision of the United States Patent and Trademark Office Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences, in patent application Serial No. 07/411,434 entitled "Fast Change Standard Cell Digital Logic Circuit".1 We reverse the rejection of claims 1-11.
