Dennis G. Antzoulatos, a used car dealer in Milwaukee, pled guilty to one count of conspiring to launder money in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(1)(B) and was sentenced to 52 months in prison. He now appeals, claiming that the statute as applied to him violates his due process rights under the Constitution. The plea agreement Antzoulatos signed preserves his right to appeal this issue.
