DUDLEY, Justice.

Appellant Dana Frazier was convicted of first degree murder. He assigns as error the trial court's refusal to charge the jury on the lesser included offense of manslaughter. The trial court's refusal to give the instruction was a correct ruling, and we affirm the judgment of conviction.
