This is an appeal by Jerry R. Jones, a real estate appraiser, which arises out of three promissory notes given to a failed thrift institution. This case is before us after the trial court denied Jones's motion for summary judgment while granting the same for Sunbelt Savings, FSB ("New Sunbelt").
