In this case we resume consideration of Jack Wright's appeal from his conviction for robbery,1 a Class B felony. This court suspended consideration of Wright's appeal on June 6, 1991, because appellate counsel could not locate numerous exhibits from Wright's trial. See Wright v. State (1991), Ind.
