Donald Strong appeals his conviction after a bifurcated jury trial of prostitution as a class D felony. In the enhancement stage, the State proved that Strong has been convicted twice previously of prostitution. Strong was sentenced to three (3) years imprisonment. Strong raises two (2) issues.
