PEEPLES, Justice.

In this divorce case we consider the standing and the parental rights of a putative father whose biological paternity was refuted by blood tests. T.W.E. (Tommy) appeals an order dismissing his counterclaim for custody of a six-year-old child born during his ten-year marriage to K.M.E. (Karen). Because medical evidence refuted the possibility that Tommy is the child's biological father, the trial court held that he has no standing...
