After an ore tenus proceeding, the trial court entered a judgment of divorce dissolving the marriage of Anice and Fred Barkett. The judgment contained a property division awarding Mrs. Barkett (wife) certain commercial property known as the Merrick Street Shopping Center (shopping center).
