DRAUGHN, Justice.

Appellant was charged by information with the offense of possession of a controlled substance, namely cocaine, in an amount less than 28 grams. The trial court held a hearing on appellant's motion to suppress and denied the motion. Appellant then entered a plea of guilty pursuant to a plea bargain agreement with the State and was assessed 2 years probation. In two points of error, appellant contends the trial court abused its discretion...
