GRANT, Justice.

Richard Wayne Cobb appeals from the revocation of his probation.

He contends that the trial court erred by revoking his probation because the State failed to prove the terms and conditions of his probation and that he was the same person convicted in the underlying offense. He also contends that the evidence was insufficient to prove the elements of fleeing from a police officer...
