The State appeals the trial court's summary judgment in favor of Margarita DeAlmanza, the owner of the 1985 Chevrolet. In six points of error, the State argues that the trial court erred in granting DeAlmanza's motion for summary judgment and in denying the State's motion for summary judgment.
