Vincent D. Spinosa was convicted by a Massachusetts federal jury of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 and possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2. Spinosa urges this court to reverse his conviction on the grounds that the trial court erred in: (1) denying Spinosa's motion for a hearing to suppress evidence...
