WATKINS, Judge.

Jerry "Bo" Williams was indicted with second degree murder and armed robbery charges, violations of LSA-R.S. 14:30.1 and LSA-R.S. 14:64, respectively. He pled not guilty, and after trial by jury, he was convicted as charged. On the second degree murder count, the court sentenced defendant to serve a term of life imprisonment at hard labor, without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.
