David and Marsha Nelson appeal the District Court's1 decision (1) holding moot the Nelsons' appeal from the bankruptcy court's finding that the Farmers Home Administration (FmHA) violated the automatic bankruptcy stay and (2) reversing the ruling of the bankruptcy court that prohibited the trustee's sale of the Nelsons' property.
