This is an appeal from a take nothing judgment on a conversion suit, pursuant to Tex.Bus. 3.419 (Vernon 1968), filed against the Bank of Houston, appellee-bank, for its acceptance of six checks as a depositary bank which were allegedly endorsed by an unauthorized agent of appellant.
