KLEES, Judge.

Plaintiff, Lucille Faridnia, appeals the district court's dismissal of her suit on a motion for summary judgment. We affirm.

Lucille Faridnia filed suit against Ecolab, Inc., formerly Apest, Inc., and Employers Insurance of Wausau on February 12, 1990 under the "intentional act" exception to the Louisiana worker's Compensation statute.
