The government appeals the district court's1 determination that the Millers were entitled to the proceeds realized from a series of judicial sales. We affirm.

The Millers obtained a default judgment against Tony Alamo for violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 206(a)(1) and 207(a)(1) and for various claims arising under state law. See...
