Appellants Harry C. Hoover, Jr., CD. Townsend, and Central Petroleum Corporation appeal the trial court's award of summary judgment based on limitations in favor of appellees, William H. Gregory, Gregory Government Securities, Inc., Gregory Investment and Management, and Dean C. Richardson.
