ROSENBERG, Justice.

The trial court found Jerry Lewis Edwards guilty of forgery. Appellant entered a judicial confession to the offense and pleaded guilty. The court then placed appellant on ten years' deferred-adjudication probation and sent him to a drugrehabilitation program.
