This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of appellee, Eagle Insurance Company (Eagle Insurance). Eagle Insurance filed a declaratory judgment action regarding a claim made by appellant, Leonard Geters, against a $25,000. Texas Motor Vehicle Dealer's bond issued by appellee.
