BASKIN, Judge.

Marie G. Fabre, her husband, Eddy W. Fabre, and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company [State Farm] appeal an amended final judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff, Ann Marin. Appellants assert error in the trial court's failure to reduce the jury damage award by fifty percent, the percentage of negligence the jury attributed to the Fabres. At the time of the automobile accident, Mrs. Marin was a passenger and not at fault....
