OPINION OF THE COURT

Appellant, Tim Futrell, appeals as a matter of right a unanimous order of the Court of Appeals which denied his petition for a writ of prohibition. We affirm.

Appellant, an attorney during the time of the occurrences referred to herein, maintained law offices in Hopkinsville and Cadiz. He became the subject of a criminal investigation in the fall of 1990, which was conducted jointly by the Attorney General's office and the Kentucky State...
