The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas denied confirmation of the Chapter 13 reorganization plan proposed by Leonard and Harriet Nobleman, in which the Noblemans attempted to bifurcate a mortgage lien claim on their principal residence into secured and unsecured claims.
